California RV Registration and Emissions
I am purchasing property at the beach in Orange County, California and 'am contemplating registering my motorhome in that state.
It is presently registered in Nevada which is one of the states with the highest registration fees in the nation.
My rig is a 2006, Kibbi Renegade. Purchased new for around $200k. It is built on a 2006 chassis that met 2004, diesel emissions standards. There is no cat converter and no particulate trap.
So, my questions:
1) What should I pay for annual registration?
2) Will I have to eventually retrofit my rig with updated and mandated diesel emissions equipment?
